QUICK TIPS TO AVOID MATERIALISM

Many of us are caught in the trap of materialism particularly at Xmas which often goes against what we orginally wanted or was intended at Xmas.

If this is something you are looking to achieve this Xmas here are a few Tips:-

Consider giving Vouchers from Charities that buy specific items for those in need

Agree in the family that only one person will buy for a particular family member

Ask people to give money to charity instead of buying you something

Cut down on what you spend at Xmas and use the money to give away

Give of your time and resources you have to share.

Consider the real meaning of Xmas

Spend time on relationships not present buying.

Consider if you can adopt a simpler lifestyle with less possessions.
