5 SIMPLE STEPS TO DEVELOPING A PURPOSE DRIVEN BUSINESS

If so I have put together a series of ordered steps that if you follow will get you living out an extraordinary life of happiness,fulfillment and service.

5 SIMPLE steps to Developing a Purpose Driven Business

 

1.Determine your HIGHEST PURPOSE

- if  you have not done this before start the journey in getting a  Life purpose statement( our membership site can help with this)- if you have done this before – REFINE your outworking to be of the highest service.

2. Check your COMMITMENT to this

 -if you are below an 8/10 get some coaching on what needs to change

3. RESEARCH your market thoroughly

– check  the demand. I have a blog post on this previously. Without a profit you will usually not have the exposure to make a big difference and so this is important for influence. Passion is an important ingredient but aligning with profits is important as well, otherwise it can just be a hobby that is more for your interest than others.

 

4.  NETWORK with other Conscious, Purposeful Entrepreneurs and see how they are positioning themselves

- Facebook has some good groups that you can search on associated key words- I have one  called PURPOSE DRIVEN BUSINESS ( just search on this term)

 

5. KEEP CLEAR ON YOUR PURPOSE

and check down the road you are still living in line with it- expression may change but make sure you have not compromised your values- just aligned profits with your passion.

1.       What do you love to do, in your spare time and at work?

2.         What parts of your present job or life do you really enjoy

3.            What roles, causes, objects, people are you passionate about?

4.         What do you naturally do well?

5.         What do others think you are good at?

6.         Is there a demand for this niche and product?

 

How do I undertake Market Research for my idea?

 Research the top 10 Sites that show up on Google for your keywords and ask the following 7 Key Market Research Questions:

1. Who is the company and principal of the company?
2. What products and services are they trying to sell?
3. At what price point are they offering these products and services?
4. Who are they targeting? What are the demographics of their target audience?
5. How are they delivering their product and service?
6. How are they positioning their product and service?
7. How are they promoting their product and service?

Create a one-page document for each company that summarizes the key questions and then one final executive summary of all 10 sites comparatively. Use this information to create and position your own marketing strategy.
